Nyle 20 foot container kiln for wood drying with L200Pro.

FROM THE MANUFACTURER WHEN PURCHASED:

The L200 will dry at temps up to 120°F and will dry up to 4,000 BF of oak in 36 days or 1,500 BF of pine in 10 days. L200's are capable of removing 250 lbs of water in 24 hours, you can dry a higher volume of softwood in the chamber but it needs to be more closely managed. The L200M has an upgraded controller along with 4 timber probes to give the operator a much better picture of what's going on with the wood inside the kiln.

The L200Pro has an upgraded touch screen controller with remote access from your Desktop computer, Tablet or Smartphone. It also gets rid of the standard Wet bulb and allows you to run it with an electronic wet bulb which gets rid of the chore of keeping your water bottle filled as well as the need to change out wicks.

It also has a new custom 'Hybrid' drying mode that will allow you to use the DH as a heat pump and vents the moisture like a conventional kiln allowing you to dry more softwood than typically allowed in the DH mode. Since the computer can now monitor the compressor it allows you to push the Dehumidification temperatures a little higher than the standard L200 as well. You'll also be able to input your own custom drying parameters to give you much more control of what's going on with the wood inside the kiln.
