Up for consideration is a small Central Pennsylvania sawmill operation. All equipment is operational and has been serviced. Formerly a hardwood only mill then mothballed when Covid19 hit the state. I purchased it with plans of restarting it as an extension of another business however I have been offered another venture and would like to pursue that instead. I have run the equipment regularly to ensure it stays operable and problem free. Machinery includes: HMC Debarker, Frick Sawmill (with automatic capabilities), live rolls, edger, air compressor, chipper and various dust blowers, a Case W20C payloader, all sawmill equipment is powered by 3 phase motors. Total land is approximately six acres, with roughly three still possessing standing timber. There is an office building, a mill shelter, grade barn and a small 3 phase transformer shed. If you have an existing logging operation and can find good help, this is a worthwhile venture. Feel free to contact with any questions or offers.
