Sounds like a Fluke thing that could happen to any circular mill with insert teeth.That's like saying don't buy a Chevy because my neighbor had one with snow tires and one of the metal inserts came out.

It would have more to do with the blade than the Mill anyway. I wouldn't think it was a problem with design as there would have been a recall on them.

I wouldn't ***ociate it with your Mill at all.
